Arc Rehabilitation Services occupational therapist Stephanie Johnson is an approved case manager under the Lifetime Care and Support (LTCS) scheme. We provide case management, occupational therapy services, FIM (Functional Independence Measure) assessments and Care Needs Reviews within this scheme.

Stephanie has expertise in case management, occupational therapy and the provision and coordination of care, equipment and rehabilitation for people with catastrophic injury. These skills enable her to offer a client-centred and goal-focused intervention, innovative strategies and the successful integration of a client into the community.

Stephanie regularly visits clients in Northern New South Wales and is happy to accept referrals for Queensland and Northern New South Wales clients within this scheme.
