Stephanie Johnson is the Director of Arc Rehabilitation Services and has over 20 years’ experience as an occupational therapist. Her experience is broad-based and includes management, community-based rehabilitation and occupational health and safety obtained in a variety of settings. She has worked with clients with a range of conditions and disabilities (including catastrophic injuries), providing goal-directed and outcome-orientated intervention.
Stephanie enjoys providing rehabilitation case management and occupational therapy services, chiefly within the Compulsory Third Party and Lifetime Care and Support Schemes. She also has a depth of experience in expert medico-legal assessment in personal injury matters. Her training and experience as an expert witness is valuable in identifying key issues and providing rigorous and reliable opinion in complex matters.
Stephanie conducts workplace assessments and offers occupational health and safety services. She has highly developed communication and negotiation skills which she uses in liaising with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
